Questions
What counts as a render?
One successful PDF or screenshot up to 50 pages and 20 MB. A larger file counts as one more render for each extra 50 pages or 20 MB.
What happens at the limit?
The API answers 429 with code quota_exceeded until the 1st of the next month (UTC), or until you upgrade. We never bill overage without asking.
What is a test render?
Send "test": true. You get the same PDF with a watermark, and it doesn't count against your quota. Use it in CI and staging.
Do you store my documents on any plan?
No, and there is no option to. If you need the file elsewhere, we upload it to a presigned URL in your own storage.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the paid month, then drops to Free.
VAT?
Prices are in euros and exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
