Refund policy
Cancelling, and when you can get money back.
Draft, pending legal review. The cancellation section describes how the product works today. The refund rules in brackets are decisions still to make, then to have reviewed.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time from the dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then drops to Free.
- Failed renders and test renders never count against your plan, so you’re never charged for them.
- We never bill overage: at your plan’s limit the API stops until the next month or until you upgrade.
Refunds
- [Decide: refunds for the current month on request within N days of a charge, or no refunds for partial months — PLACEHOLDER.]
- [Decide: what happens after an outage on our side, e.g. a pro-rata credit — PLACEHOLDER.]
- [Consumers: if consumers can sign up, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies and must be described here — PLACEHOLDER, see terms section 2.]
